CINNAMON STICKS
Whole cinnamon are taken from the barks of the sticks of evergreen trees. They are harvested by peeling off the tree bark, and allowing it to curl up in quills as it dries.

CINNAMON OIL
There are two kinds of essential oils extracted from Cinnamon tree. They are Cinnamon Leaf Oil (Yellow in color) and Cinnamon Bark Oil. ( slightly reddish in color).

BLACK PEPPER
Black pepper comes from the berries of the pepper plant. Black peppercorns are made by picking the pepper berries when they are half ripe and just about to turn red.

CARDAMOM
Cardamom is an expensive spice in the market. Pods are available whole or split and the seeds are sold loose or ground. It is best to buy the whole pods as ground cardamom quickly loses flavor.

CLOVES
The flower buds initially have a pale hue, gradually turn green, and then transit to a bright red when ready for harvest. Cloves are harvested at
1.5–2.0 cm long,.

DRIED LIME
Dried Lime is known as Black Lime, which has lost their water content, usually having spent a majority of its time in the Sun. They used sliced or ground as a spice or beverage.
